Boom Room Event
We welcome home brewers and pro brewers alike! It will be a round table of all things brewing related.
A General Schedule of Topics is as follows :
2/1 - milling grain & the mash
2/8 - the boil, whirlpool and chilling
2/15 - fermentation and accurately determining final gravity
2/22 - bottle conditioning and carbonation of kegged beer
Any participants who attend All Four Discussion Sessions will be invited to attend a special tasting of some of the Belgian beer which have inspired examples in the Boom Island line-up (a few Trappists included). That session will take place in the brewhouse area on the following Wednesday, 3/1/2017.
So, it’s time to geek out on brewing and raise a glass! Santé!
