Ming ("Minnesota" in Chinese) is an Asian inspired Ale based on the Chinese character 明, which translates to “Clarity.” Made with rice, sticky rice, pilsner malt and a dash of orange peel, it is light in color and body, features a crisp clean malt profile with bready accents. Ming is lightly hopped with a delicate and refreshing aroma and is perfectly paired with a wide range of cuisines from around the world.
